Hot Honey Chop Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded & thinly sliced
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas, sliced
  • 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup toasted almonds
  • 2 leftover Hot Honey Chicken Breasts, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large serving bowl, add cabbage, lettuce, peppers, peas and carrots. Toss with salad tongs to combine. Add dressing and toss again.
  2. Top with sliced chicken, green onions toasted almonds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
