The Perfect Easter Eggs
Whether you want to show your St. Louis pride or simply need some quick inspiration, these Easter egg tips can help you create an egg-cellent work of art (or teach the kids how to do the same!).
Tips for the Perfect Easter Egg
- Use acrylic paint or metallic permanent markers to create your desired image. We used St. Louis icons to inspire our art!
- For intricate images, like the friendly Schnucks soldier, cut out a laser printed image (inkjet colors will run) and use decoupage glue to affix it to the egg.
- If working with a dyed egg, be sure to seal the egg first with a few coats of decoupage glue to keep the dye from running.
