Our mimosa punch recipe makes it easy to get the party started (and keep it going!)

Ingredients

For Ice Wreath
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
For Punch
  • 2 cups Schnucks orange juice
  • 64 oz bottle cranberry cocktail
  • (1) 750 ml bottle brandy
  • ¼ cup Schnucks maple syrup
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add ice ingredients to a bundt pan. Fill with water and freeze at least 8 hours.
  2. In a large serving bowl, stir together all punch ingredients except sparkling wine. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours.
  3. To serve: Add ice wreath to punch bowl. Serve by filling glasses ¾ of the way with punch, then toping with sparkling wine.
