UPDATES TO FACEMASK POLICY
For Schnucks locations within St. Louis City and St. Louis County (45 stores):
Following the facemask mandates for indoor spaces issued by St. Louis City and St. Louis County leaders, on July 26, Schnucks began requiring teammates, vendors, and customers to wear face coverings in stores and company facilities within the jurisdiction of St. Louis City and County. Schnucks updated signage and is offering complimentary facemasks for customers at these St. Louis City and County locations with exceptions for young children and those with medical conditions who are unable to wear a face covering.
The list of Schnucks stores in St. Louis City and County requiring facemasks beginning on July 26, include::

For Schnucks locations outside of St. Louis City and County – Effective July 29:
The CDC recently announced recommendations on the use of facemasks, noting that to maximize protection from the Delta variant and prevent possible spreading it to others, it is recommended to wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission.
We continue to monitor the status of our locations for any changes to their level of community transmission. In response, effective immediately, we are requiring all teammates and vendors to wear a mask, and are strongly recommending customers to wear one as well. We will be offering complimentary facemasks in areas of substantial or high risk transmission.
REUSABLE BAGS NOW ACCEPTED
Effective Monday, May 10, all Schnucks stores will welcome customers to bring in the following items:
- Reusable bags from home
- Vases from home (for floral arrangements)
- Balloons from home (to inflate)
At most stores, we have reserved the 6AM to 7AM shopping hour on Mondays and Thursdays for our seniors and also for those with compromised immune systems. View Schnucks Locations to learn more about store hours at your Schnucks store.

INSTALLING ADDITIONAL PROTECTIVE MEASURES
Beginning Monday, March 23, Schnucks customers will notice additional safety measures being implemented across our stores. Temporary window panels will be installed at our checklanes, pharmacy counters, and operating service counters. These plexiglass barriers will help provide an additional layer of protection for both our teammates and customers. Installation of these barriers will be completed in all stores by Monday, March 30.
As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we will continue to evaluate our protective measures to ensure a safe environment for all.

COURTESY CENTER UPDATES
Please call your local Schnucks location to check today's Courtesy Center hours. Please note the Courtesy Center may temporarily be closed so we can deploy those teammates to help at our checkout lanes.
Refunds are accepted within 10 days of purchase. All refunds will be returned in the original form of payment at time of purchase.
- Please purchase only what you need. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on products that are purchased in overabundance.
- A receipt (paper or eReceipt through our Schnucks Rewards app) is required for any returns totaling over $10.
- Seasonal merchandise may be ineligible for an exchange and/or refund.
Freshness Guarantee: We will gladly exchange or return perishable items if there is an issue related to quality or freshness. For all other perishable returns, once the item has left the store, we are no longer able to guarantee the safety of the product and therefore, we are unable to accept a return for that item.
Other refund exclusions may apply, including, but not limited to, gift cards and money order sales.
Rug Doctor and Redbox Updates
Rug Doctor rentals and Redbox are temporarily unavailable effective immediately at all Schnucks locations.
LOTTERY SALES UPDATE
In an effort to limit cash handling by teammates, and to further promote social distancing by reducing the formation of lines at the courtesy center, Schnucks is temporarily suspending the sale of lottery tickets at our courtesy centers and will also no longer cash winning lottery tickets that are in excess of $300.
Customers wishing to purchase lottery tickets may continue to use the self-service vending machines. Customers who wish to cash winning lottery tickets for amounts greater than $300 should check with their state’s lottery for redemption options.
