Ingredients

  • 1 100% Whole Wheat Thomas Mini Bagel
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp. dried cherries, chopped
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened dried coconut
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango chunks

Instructions

  1. Toast mini bagel halves and spread with cream cheese. Top with sliced almonds, dried cherries and coconut.
  2. Serve with tropical fruit.
