- 1 100% Whole Wheat Thomas Mini Bagel
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp. dried cherries, chopped
- 1 tsp. unsweetened dried coconut
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup fresh mango chunks
- Toast mini bagel halves and spread with cream cheese. Top with sliced almonds, dried cherries and coconut.
- Serve with tropical fruit.
