Ingredients: 4 sweet potatoes 1/4 cup Schnucks butter 2 cups mini marshmallows 1/2 cup Schnucks honey 1/2 cup pecans, chopped Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pierce potatoes all over with a fork and arrange on a prepared baking sheet. Bake until tender, 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool. Preheat broiler. Slice each potato in half lengthwise and place on pan skin side down. Brush with butter and top with marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows start to toast, about 1 minute. Top with remaining ingredients.
