Sometimes there’s nothing more refreshing than a cold, fruit salad on a hot day. This fruity salad is great for a quick lunch, picnics or backyard barbecues. Plus, it’s full of Good For You foods.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium seedless red or yellow watermelon, rind removed and cubed (about 4 cups)
  • 2-3 large heirloom tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 oz. crumbled feta

Instructions

  1. Gently mix all ingredients except for the feta. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Top with feta and serve.
