We like our Bloody Mary’s spicy.
- 10 - 12 tomatillos, husked
- 1 jalapeño, trimmed
- 1 stalk celery, trimmed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 oz. vodka
- coarse sugar, for glass rim
- lime, for garnish
- Combine tomatillos, jalapeño, celery and garlic in a blender. Blend until smooth. Stir in vodka.
- Rub the rim of the glass with a lime slice and roll in coarse sugar.
- Fill glass with ice and juice
