These spicy Thai lettuce wraps from Schnucks are a delicious addition to your weekly meal plan.

Thai Turkey

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup red onion, cut into slivers
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 Serrano pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Instructions
    1. Brown ground turkey in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat, until cooked through.
    2. Add red and green onions, celery and Serrano pepper.
    3. Cook until the vegetables begin to soften.
    4. Add the dressing to turkey mixture in skillet and cook 2 minutes.
    5. Remove from the heat and stir in the mint.
    6. Season with salt and pepper.
    7. Divide and spoon the turkey mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves. Garnish with cilantro.

    Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp Schnucks honey
  • 1 tsp Schnucks soy sauce
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Instructions
    1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Set aside.
