Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp. Schnucks honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 English cucumber, trimmed & thinly sliced
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, cilantro, chili garlic sauce, sesame seeds, honey and salt. Add cucumber and onion to bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
