Spicy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. Schnucks honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 English cucumber, trimmed & thinly sliced
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, cilantro, chili garlic sauce, sesame seeds, honey and salt. Add cucumber and onion to bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
