- 2 limes
- 2 ears of corn, silk and husk removed, kernels cut from cobs or 2 cups Schnucks frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 8 oz. Schnucks cream cheese, softened
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp. jarred diced jalapeño peppers, drained
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks ground cumin
- From limes, squeeze 2 tablespoons juice into medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Transfer to serving dish; serve with your favorite veggies and crackers for dipping. Makes about 3 cups.
