Sheet Pan Tuscan Tuna, Kale and Tomato Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Schnucks Alfredo Sauce
  • 6 oz. basil pesto
  • 16 oz. Schnucks pasta
  • 1 package package tuna drained
  • 8 cups kale
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together 8 oz. Alfredo sauce and 6 oz. basil pesto.
  2. Stir in 16 oz. cooked pasta, 1 6.4-oz. package tuna (drained), 8 cups chopped loosely packed kale and 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Spread pasta mixture onto a prepared baking sheet. Evenly top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake uncovered until warmed through and cheese is melted, 20-23 minutes.
