  • 2 boxes corn muffin mix
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup frozen corn, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare batter from mixes according to package instructions (do not cook). In a large bowl, combine batters and corn. Pour mixture into a prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake until set, 20-25 minutes.
