- 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup Schnucks salsa or pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup Schnucks guacamole
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl whisk together first five ingredients. Stir in chicken, corn, red pepper and green onion. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve with flour tortillas, salsa, guacamole and cheese.
