- 1 lb. seedless grapes, stems removed
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss ingredients together on a prepared baking sheet. Roast until blistered, 7-10 minutes. Season with salt if desired.
Can be served hot or cold and can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
