Beat the midday slump with this roast beef veggie wrap recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup broccoli slaw
  • 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. dry ranch dressing mix, divided
  • 2 tbsp. Neufchatel cream cheese
  • 1 Flatout Light Wrap
  • 6 slices Oscar Mayer Slow Roasted Roast Beef
  • 15 grapes

Instructions

  1. Mix broccoli slaw, yogurt and ranch mix. In separate bowl combine cream cheese and ranch mix.
  2. Place wrap on cutting board and spread with cream cheese mixture. Top with roast beef slices and broccoli slaw mixture.
  3. Starting at the bottom edge, roll wrap tightly. Serve with cluster of grapes.
