Add raspberry to your mint julep for a refreshing twist on a classic drink.
- 5 fresh Driscoll’s® raspberries, plus additional for garnish
- 5 small mint leaves, plus sprig for garnish
- 1 1/2 tsp. simple syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey, such as Woodford Reserve™
- In cocktail shaker or glass, muddle raspberries, mint leaves and simple syrup.
- Add bourbon; stir well and strain into a julep or cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and raspberries.
