Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • fruits and/or vegetables, fresh or frozen (see recipe notes)

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, ice, water and additional fruit or vegetable flavors of your choice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Red
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
    Green
    • 1/2 cup spinach, packed
    • 1/2 cup kiwi

      • 1/2 cup pineapple

        • 1/4 cup carrot juice
