- Spray 2-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir cream cheese, ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, black pepper and red pepper flakes, if desired. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of prepared slow cooker; top with remaining ¾ cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Cook on low 2 hours or until cheese melts.
