Ingredients

  • 2 beets
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 3 parsnips
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and peel the beets, sweet potatoes and parsnips.
  2. Cut vegetables into sticks the size of large french fries and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 10-15 minutes or until browned.
