Ambrosia salad is perfect for potlucks, parties and holiday gatherings.
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups red or green grapes, halved
- 1 cup Schnucks marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 8 oz. vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- In a large bowl, mix together pineapple, oranges, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and yogurt.
- Top with chopped walnuts. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
