Ambrosia salad is perfect for potlucks, parties and holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups red or green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Schnucks marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 8 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together pineapple, oranges, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and yogurt.
  2. Top with chopped walnuts. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
