- 8 lb. bone-in ham shank
- 1 cup Schnucks honey
- 2 tbsp. hot sauce
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
- Preheat oven to 350°. Place ham in a large baking dish, cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes.
- While ham cooks, whisk together remaining ingredients to make glaze.
- Pour glaze over ham. Return to oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with glaze every 10 minutes.
