Mimosa Punch

Our mimosa punch recipe makes it easy to get the party started (and keep it going!)

Mimosa Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 6 rosemary sprigs, divided
  • 2 cups Schnucks orange juice
  • 1 (64 oz.) bottle cranberry cocktail
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle brandy
  • 1/4 cup Schnucks maple syrup
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, for serving

Instructions

  1. For Ice Wreath: Add orange, cranberries and 3 rosemary sprigs to a bundt pan. Fill with water and freeze at least 8 hours.
  2. For Punch: In a large serving bowl, stir together orange juice, cranberry cocktail, brandy, maple syrup and remaining 3 rosemary sprigs. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours.
  3. To Serve: Add ice wreath to punch bowl. Serve by filling glasses 3/4 of the way with punch, then toping with sparkling wine.
