Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks butter
  • 1/2 cup queso fresco
  • 1 tsp. ancho chili powder salt, to taste
  • 3 lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Over medium-high heat, grill corn 8-10 minutes until golden and slightly charred.
  2. Cover each ear of corn with butter, then top evenly with cheese, chili powder and salt. Serve immediately with a lime wedge.
