- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks butter
- 1/2 cup queso fresco
- 1 tsp. ancho chili powder salt, to taste
- 3 lime wedges, for serving
- Over medium-high heat, grill corn 8-10 minutes until golden and slightly charred.
