This melonade freeze is perfect for summer.
- 6 oz. frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 small honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tbsp. crystallized ginger, chopped
- 4 cups ice
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
- In blender, in batches, purée limeade concentrate, melon and ginger 20 seconds or until melon and ginger are chopped. Add ice and blend 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses garnished with mint sprigs. Makes about 6 cups.
