Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Schnucks olive oil
  • 2 limes, zest and juice
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) shredded cabbage
  • 2 large mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together first four ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
