- 2 limes, zest and juice
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) shredded cabbage
- 2 large mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- In a large bowl whisk together first four ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
