Ingredients

Dressing
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • Minced garlic, to taste
    • Salad
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 Schnucks bratwurst, sliced
  • ¾ cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 cup red pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup radish, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    • Instructions

    1. Stir dressing ingredients together.
    2. Mix all salad ingredients in a serving bowl.
    3. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
