- 2 tbsp Schnucks light mayo
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 8 slices deli roasted turkey
- 8 slices Schnucks bacon, cooked
- 4-8 lettuce leaves
- Toast bread slices and spread with mayonnaise. Evenly divide tomato, avocado, turkey, bacon and lettuce among sandwiches.
