Elevate your chicken salad with this loaded chicken salad sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Schnucks rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. snipped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 croissants, split crosswise
- 4 pieces leaf lettuce
- 1 whole tomato, sliced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine chicken, grapes, celery, red onion and dill. Gently toss to combine. Add mayonnaise and salt. Stir to combine.
- Line the inside of each croissant with a lettuce leaf and top with tomato slices. Fill sandwiches with chicken salad mixture.
