Elevate your chicken salad with this loaded chicken salad sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Schnucks rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. snipped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 croissants, split crosswise
  • 4 pieces leaf lettuce
  • 1 whole tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine chicken, grapes, celery, red onion and dill. Gently toss to combine. Add mayonnaise and salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Line the inside of each croissant with a lettuce leaf and top with tomato slices. Fill sandwiches with chicken salad mixture.
