Ingredients

  • 4 Schnucks 9 inch whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup Schnucks hummus
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups zucchini or yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup balsamic or favorite vinaigrette (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread 2 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla.
  2. Evenly divide veggies among four wraps. Drizzle with vinaigrette, if desired, and roll up like a burrito.
