Ingredients
- 4 Schnucks 9 inch whole wheat tortillas
- ½ cup Schnucks hummus
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups zucchini or yellow squash, thinly sliced
- ½ cup balsamic or favorite vinaigrette (optional)
Instructions
- Spread 2 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla.
- Evenly divide veggies among four wraps. Drizzle with vinaigrette, if desired, and roll up like a burrito.
