Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ¾ cup Schnucks sugar
  • ¾ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. grated lemon zest
  • a dash salt
  • 8 tbsp. butter, cubed
  • 1 Schnucks graham cracker crust
  • 1 can Schnucks whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a small, heavy saucepan, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, zest and salt over medium heat until blended. Add butter; cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thickened and coats the back of a spoon. Strain through a sieve and pour into graham cracker crust.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.Refrigerate leftovers. Top with Schnucks whipped cream.
