Lemon Herb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Schnucks olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Place marinade and meat in a sealed plastic bag and marinate in refrigerator up to 4 hours before grilling. Discard marinade after removing food.
