Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. ginger, minced 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 tsp. sriracha 4 cups cooked brown basmati rice 1 cup shredded carrots 4 tbsp. sweet chili sauce ¼ cup cashews 4 scallions, sliced 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds Instructions: Spray a medium pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
