A coffee twist on a much loved classic.
- 1 part Kahlúa
- 0.75 part lemon juice
- 0.25 part sugar syrup
- 2 parts soda water
- 1 whole cherry
- 1 lemon wedge
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add in the Kahlúa coffee liqueur, fresh lemon juice and syrup.
- Top off with the soda water.
- Garnish with cherry and lemon wedge.
