Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 slices of Canadian bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 chicken breast, sliced
  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced

Instructions

  1. Brush 1 pizza crust with olive oil and top with Canadian bacon.
  2. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella over entire crust, then top with chicken breast, pineapple chunks, green pepper and jalapeño.
  3. Bake at 450° until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
