Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can Red Gold® Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can Bush's® Kidney Chili Beans Mild
- 1 (16 oz.) can Bush's® Pinto Chili Beans Mild
- 1 tbsp. Louisiana® Hot Sauce
- 1 lb. beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 6 oz. Wicked Minis™ Crushed Red Pepper Oyster Crackers, to serve
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven or large pot brown ground beef, onion and green bell pepper. Drain meat if desired.
- Add the salt, pepper, chili powder and cocoa: Stir to mix well.
- Add Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready, Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes, Red Gold® Crushed Tomatoes, Bush's® Kidney Chili Beans Mild, Bush's® Pinto Chili Beans Mild and Louisiana® Hot Sauce.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with Wicked Minis™ Crushed Red Pepper Oyster Crackers.
