Ham it up with these delicious ham and egg bites.

Ingredients

  • 12 ham slices
  • 12 Schnucks eggs
  • ½ cup green pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
    3. Place a thin slice of ham in each muffin tin.
    4. Crack an egg into each muffin cup and top with peppers and onions.
    5. Bake for 18-2o minutes or until eggs are set. Garnish with parsley.
