This smoothie is clean, green and tastes like a dream.
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
- 1 cup spinach or kale, stems removed
- 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup ice, optional
- In blender, add coconut water, orange juice, kiwi, banana, spinach, pineapple and ice, if using. Purée until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.
