Want to be big and strong? Try Greek yogurt for breakfast or a snack, like these froyo cups! It packs double the protein of its traditional counterpart.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Full Circle Oat & Honey Granola
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks honey, divided
  • 3 cups Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl toss together granola, butter and half of honey. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla and remaining honey.
  2. Fill a muffin tin with liners; divide granola mixture across all. Evenly top granola with yogurt mixture and fruit. Freeze at least 2 hours.
