This drink is peachy keen.
- 2 whole peaches, pitted and pureed
- 8 oz. whiskey
- 12 oz. ginger beer
- 4 slices peach, for garnish
- 4 thyme sprigs, for garnish
- Fill four short glasses with ice.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add peach and whiskey and shake vigorously. Strain equal amounts into glasses.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with peach slices and thyme. Serve immediately.
