Ingredients
- 3 Driscoll’s® strawberries, plus additional for garnish
- 2 sprigs tarragon, plus sprig for garnish
- 1/2 tbsp. simple syrup
- 1/4 cup gin, such as Hendrick’s®
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Instructions
- In cocktail shaker or glass, muddle strawberries, tarragon and simple syrup.
- Add ice, gin and lime juice; shake and strain into coupe or sparkling wine glass. Garnish with tarragon sprig and strawberries.
