  • 3 tbsp. Pompeian balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ½ cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cup frozen shelled edamame, prepared according to package
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese

  • 3 cups mixed berries

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and oregano. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, edamame, onion and feta to bowl and toss to combine. Serve alongside prepared pizza with berries on side
