With only five ingredients, this super simple creamed corn salad is sure to be a hit at your next cookout!
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ears fresh corn
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Remove kernels from corn (cooked or raw) and add to a medium bowl along with zest and juice of one lime, cilantro and paprika. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve warm or cold.
