- favorite colored sugar sprinkles
- favorite colored cotton candy
- 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
Instructions
- Wet rims of champagne glasses with water; dip rims into sprinkles. Fill glasses with cotton candy, then fill with Champagne. Finally, add a small cotton candy garnish.
