Certified Angus Beef® boneless Saratoga rib eye roast 1/4 cup finely ground coffee 2 tbsp. ancho chili powder 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. kosher salt 2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. ground coriander 1 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper Instructions: Combine all spice ingredients to make a rub.
