  • 4 slices Izzio Lucky Seven Multigrain bread, toasted
  • 1/8 cup medium red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice slice bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Spread one-half tablespoon cream cheese onto each slice of toast. Assemble each sandwich using half of remaining ingredients.
