- 1 slab baby back ribs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the ribs on a large foil-covered sheet pan. Rub the ribs with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Cover ribs with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover the ribs, cut into individual pieces and place meat-side down on the sheet pan.
- Remove a bit of the membrane covering the bones with a paring knife so about 1" of the bone is exposed.
- Generously brush ribs with barbecue sauce and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Brush with additional barbecue sauce, let cool and arrange the ribs on a platter to resemble a ribcage.
