Ingredients

  • 1 slab baby back ribs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the ribs on a large foil-covered sheet pan. Rub the ribs with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Cover ribs with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover the ribs, cut into individual pieces and place meat-side down on the sheet pan.
  3. Remove a bit of the membrane covering the bones with a paring knife so about 1" of the bone is exposed.
  4. Generously brush ribs with barbecue sauce and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Brush with additional barbecue sauce, let cool and arrange the ribs on a platter to resemble a ribcage.
