Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz.) bag Dole baby spinach
  • 3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 3 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed
  • 1/3 cup bottled raspberry vinaigrette
  • 3 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Combine spinach, celery and almonds in salad bowl.
  2. Add blackberries, avocado and dressing just before serving. Toss to mix.
  3. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
