Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon
  • 12 Schnucks eggs
  • chives, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place a slice of thick-cut bacon around the inside of each muffin cup and bake for 5-8 minutes (partially cooking bacon).
  4. Add an egg to each muffin cup. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the eggs are set. Garnish with chives.
