This light and refreshing cocktail is perfect for any summer gathering or BBQ. It is easy to make and highlights fresh summer berries.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
- 0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. mixed berry preserve
- 3 oz. seltzer
- 2-3 mixed fresh berries
Instructions
- In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, add Captain Morgan, lemon juice and mixed berry preserves.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice.
- Top with seltzer and garnish with seasonal berries.
